Description
I had a go at drawing Marceline from the episode Go With Me and just after submitting it there are a few key elements to her look that I realize now that I have missed. I did enjoy drawing her though and I am pleased I had the opportunity to try out my new grey Promarker. I'm glad I had some free time today to practice drawing.
Drawn with Unipin pens and coloured with Promarkers.
Time- 1 hour- 1 hour 30 minutes.

I like the shines that you put in her hair, and the shading on her dress. Which gray did you buy? I'll have a look for that Ivory later, and then try to remember it when I next see you. XD

You're definitely getting better at shading, maybe try tracing and re colouring an old piece to experiment with layers? You're welcome, how many colours do you have now? =3

Yay! I'm very happy you think so. That's a good idea, maybe I could try that sometime soon. I have two six packs of Promarkers, one six pack of Flexmarkers, One blender and seven individual Promarkers

It will also be interesting if you compare them afterwards to see how your colouring style has changed. You've got quite the collection now, do you like Flexmarkers or Promarkers more?

That would be quite interesting, maybe i'll choose something and try drawing it again sometime soon. It kind of varies to be honest. I like promarkers as I find I have a better result with them when colouring large spaces as I find that flexmarkers leave a fair few streaks however I LOVEEE flexmarkers for colouring in really small parts of a drawings as I almost always go over the lines. I guess it depends of what i'm drawing but I usually always use promarkers however maybe that's just cause I only have six flexmarkers aha.

Really? I usually find it easier the other way around, with Flexmarkers better for larger surfaces and Promarkers good for smaller areas. Although that moment when you go out of line in a way that's unfixable is so irritating...Dx
I think Flexmarkers are a little bit less expensive? It's been a while since I used my pens, I should probably stop neglecting them.

There's nothing wrong with that, both your coloured marker drawings and coloured pencil drawings look fab! :3
