Well, i colored it. Am I satifsfied? Sort of... I might touch it up a bit later. TOO. MANY. WHITE SPOTS!! This is what happens when you have bad ligthing :I

Anyway, I'm critiquing my own work here... I love how i did the dres except for part of the bottom... I didn't color it all the way.

And the cape. I didn't expect it to look as awesoem as it does XD

AND OH MY GERBIL THE BOOOW!!! THE FRIGGIN BOW IS AWFUL!!! Look at the bottom side! LOOK AT IT!! INSYMMETRICALITY!!

Anyway, the face is a bit messy and I mgiht want to touch that up... Also the hair... I'm new with this and I used like 10 different colors on it to give it good shading and stuff... I liek the colors, but some parts just aren't blended enough.

AND THE BOW IS SO AWFULL!!!!

Byt the way, I used a new blending technique that *meliruth taught me. Basically i just took some odorless mineral spirits (actually when I went to the hardware store, the lady guided me to odorless paint thinner instead which really is whta I've been using) and then I took a TINY jar, filled it with it and the tiniest drop on a q-tip can blend like... A lot. So the stuff has been lasting forever. And it works really well. It blends wax-based colored pencils. So thanks!!

I'll either update this with the newer picture of this, or submit it in a seperate deviation once i touch it up... sorry it isn't as great as I wanted it to be...

And oh gasp, does anyone notice somethign about this picture that's different from the rest of my gallery? Why by golly there's no line art at all!! No bulky black lines seperating the colors! Not the first time I've done this... But it is the second time. the first time I used it was of Jypsi. And i mgiht need to bolden the edges on this a little bit. No this is not daying goodbye to lineart for good, i'll still use it on my chibi style and sutff but yeah... Hope you like that new feature.
