[BASICALLY, Kaito is a jounin from Kiri. He's more skilled with sabotage & espionage rather than assassination so he's not a part of ANBU's Hunter-Nin. And so he's sent to capture alive some rebel and unintentionally kills him (lolwut), which explains the retarded expression. Ignoring 'ninjas have no emotion' and that fact that he's a jounin, it was probably someone close really close and he didn't notice until the end. Fail ninja can't let go of his past. :C] I know, terrible plot. That's why i'm not continuing it and was used to practice inking

Oh yah, I wasn't really sure to put sfx in english or kana. I just felt it was really weird to put 'SHAAAA' for rain, but now i think it just might be better. xD
I wish paintool Sai had rulers...
