taken at the WWII Memorial with an Olympus E-620 SLR camera, set on "Grainy Photo" Art Scene (filter that is applied to images within the camera while taking the picture). not edited at all other than the filter.the quote reads: "Women who stepped up were measured as citizens, not as women... this was a people's war, and everyone was in it" - Colonel Oveta Culp Hobby (?)
