Turns out Pec was actually infected and manipulated against his will, by a parasite belonging to his true arch-nemesis, Provisor, the Sadist Creator Deity of the Yang, who wanted to mess with the Hellmouth Lord. Just as the fight begins, Rady swipes at Pec by the helmet, knocking it off and revealing the tumor in control, catching Rady off guard for a moment before he attacks the brain-invader instead of Pec. Upon realizing he is being infected, Pec snaps out of the manipulation, rips the infection out of his head and kills the true enemy. Afterwards, Sir Peccatori forfeits his fight against Rady and returns Min back to her boyfriend.
