● Size: In general, the tabby is average sized. But Mordecai has managed to grow out a few things, such as his ears and eyes remaining large. His body has also grown to fit his paws better. Plump belly remains the same, but will eventually fade away in due time.

● Scent: Mordecai's scent has moved from milk and Larka to fresh water and nature, that dirt smell still sticking from kithood. They enjoy being with flowers, so it isn't unusual to smell the occasional lavender or rose.

● Body Type: They are slowly yet surely growing into a more spry and thinner build. Due to them still growing from their kit stages, they still hold bits of plushy fat, especially on their cheeks and stomach. However, body parts such as his paws and legs have started to harden, ridding themselves of fat in favor of barely visible muscle. The strong parents Mordecai possesses brought even more muscle into his small limbs. Larka's training made the strength much more definite. Larka made sure to start training her kits to fight, grow strong and practice since they turned three months. And with such diligent lessons at a young age, Mordecai has grown to become a tad more fit and durable than the usual feline.

● Pelt Maintenance: This tabby's fur is predictably long. Due to their donor had that of the fur of a polar bear while his mother soft and flowing fur, this resulted to their young possessing soft fur that is extremely compact and dense. Age has also effected Mordecai, leading to him growing long fur in places where it didn't use to, like his legs and cheeks. This makes it perfect for swimming, providing Mordecai enough warmth to remain within the depths of the water for quite a bit of time. From both parents, this apprentice have some snazzy tufts they like to show off. Outside of that, he is quite prepared for winter. However, with spring approaching, Mordecai won't have too much of a good time dealing with such.

● Coloration: Mordecai picked up some interesting traits from both sides of their family. From the maternal side, they received light blue eyes from their mother, the colors coming directly from his mother's right eye. They have a coloration pattern matching that of his maternal aunt, Reese (dull body with brownish extremities). He possesses a light grey base with slightly darker grey stripes due to their connection with Sooka, their maternal grandmother. Another trait, while not explicitly noticed, is how their tail has a white undertone. This was given from the infamous Silver Air who is also his maternal grandfather, Seraphiel. From the paternal side, they possessed facial stripes and tan points, a shout out to their paternal grandmother. The completely white chest directly correlates with the donor. From both parents, the kit has a tail that specifically has five rings with white painting their maw, chest, stomach, tail and paws. Mackerel stripes and dark colored ears were gifted to the child also by the two parents.

Mordecai was raised with strange guardians. One likes to have fun and imposes traits that clearly state loyal only to those that are worthy of it. Another is decently strict, announcing that you should only be devoted to family. The other is wise and has been through years, declaring their tribe as where their loyalty lies. But despite it all, the lesson of kindness has imbedded into this male the most. This grey tom puts a lot of thought in his actions and words. Mordecai usually sticks with words of kindness and actions that clearly say that he wishes the best for you. His definition of kindness remains to have a strange meaning, sneaking in little treats when your ears are at an angle too low for his liking or asking you if you would like to talk about anything if you have a frown imprinted on your face rather than outrightly asking what is wrong. But at least one knows that he has good intentions.

- Charming: { Polite, friendly, and likable. }

As time has passed, so has the tom. Mordecai's former charitableness and charisma has been replaced with charming, enforcing both kindness and likeableness. Mordecai is no longer willing to give away his kindness so easily now, usually reserved for family members. And whenever he does to strangers, it is usually to uphold a likable aura and gain their favor. But despite that, he can be genuine with his actions. For example, he continues to offer an ear when you are in need to rant, but no longer does he remain mute and manages to make interesting conversation. Yet his thoughtfulness in his actions and attentive nature makes it hard not to like him and wish to befriend the quiet tom.

- Family-Oriented: { Principle that puts family at the center and focuses on their values, strengths and relationships. }

This young cat was raised to have good moral ethics and a strong sense of 'family is the best', so he naturally followed through with the lessons. His family is large and has almost reached every tribe in all of Nandryx, the only exception being Light Tribe. Despite how vast the entire family tree is, it is guaranteed that Mordecai will be dedicated to each and every one of them because of Larka and Seraphiel. These two guardians confirmed that family is important and with how big of a role they play in Mordecai's life, he can only believe them with all his heart and hope for the best. Now he finds all family members valuable and worthy to protect, unless they prove otherwise. And even if they prove otherwise, he still wishes to be able to get along and be close to all of them, so get ready for this cat to be willing to be your friend even if you haven't met because you two are distantly related.

- Industrious: { Diligent and hard-working. }

This trait surprised even Mordecai. When he was a kit, he is usually super lazy, loving sleep and even feigning rest to avoid playing. But it all changed when they became of age to wield their white tattoos. It was the day that Larka finally let them outside, a concept that was foreign to all the Larka children. Mordecai felt the need to experience the world and has gotten up in the morning excited to experience the world more than once. Larka's training only added more to him now being a hard worker. Larka automatically set them to training, making them run laps around the camp and learning how to spar, all under the fact that Larka wanted her children to be strong, the recent kit napping only adding more pressure to the situation. Now Mordecai has decent knowledge of fighting, something that wasn't obtained simply from playing around. The fact that he had to practice everyday made him realize that he had to get his lazy butt up and start practicing or he'll become rusty, which is possible because of him becoming a scholar. So he did, and what a diligent cat he is now.

If there is one thing that hasn't changed since he was a kit, it is the fact that Mordecai remained affectionate. He still enjoys snuggling up against a cat he cares for and refuses to sleep without someone by his side. Mordecai lived in a very close family where while everyone was super different and occasionally had their fits and fights, still loved each other in the end and hugged everything out. To have that replaced with him having to be surrounded by strangers and told to be willing to give up your life for them scared Mordecai. This change in scenery was something he isn't used to, as he is used to being surrounded by family and familiar faces. In a way, he now sticks to his old ways because it is the only thing about him that is constant. Not only that, but the saying does go that once you are a friend, you can basically be family and Mordecai will act just as accordingly, not knowing how else to act towards a cat.

- Composed: { Having one's feelings and expression under control; calm. }

Mordecai is percieved as a sympathetic cat who cares deeply for family, it is thought that they automatically jump and fight anyone that insults his family. But this is not the case. However, This more or less makes sense, considering the environment Mordecai grew up in. He grew up in a family where discipline is very important. Any form of disobedience will often result to a quick scolding and lessons on how you should respect your guardians. The lesson stuck with Mordecai as he tried to find ways to follow this rule. He eventually found that instead of reacting fiercely to something that could result to a fight, staying calm and speaking with a monotone voice can help diffuse a heated situation. Realizing that this tactic work, Mordecai predictably fell into the habit of practicing it and eventually, mastering at being patient for tedious things rather than screaming out how bored he is or how calm he seems to be under pressure.

- Impressionable: { Easily influenced because of a lack of critical ability. }

Mordecai seems to give off a typical vibe that because he has siblings that are prideful, he too is prideful and puts himself on a high standard. This is actually quite the opposite. While Mordecai does call himself a blue blood, he doesn't see himself as something higher and isn't defined by his heritage. Due to this, he puts himself at a low standard and can easily be influenced by negative feelings to bring him even lower than he usually is. Not only that, but Mordecai honestly doesn't have a lot of experience with other cats in the world. The first three months of his life was spent in darkness and the next three training and only briefly saying 'hi' to other cats before being off his way to train some more. So they can easily by influenced by others, making them an honestly easy target if the manipulator knows which buttons to press.

- Judgemental: { Having or displaying an excessively critical point of view. }

Every cat has judgements, and Mordecai is one of them. It can come off as a surprise, as they are kind, loves family and would put themselves at a low standard. But judgements has Mordecai has, secret ones to be precise. They know they put on the idea that they would never think wrong about you, but he does and he is good at not showing it. But he does have judgements, thoughts about a cat being pathetic or a feline acting too needy, coming up with assumptions of why they act that way and stick to them, assuming that they act that way for this reason without communicating. Communication is an important part of life and is something Mordecai often lacks, avoiding confrontation in favor of just internalizing it despite how each time he comments on a cat's qualities, he would spew something nasty and stick by it.

- Apprehensive: { Experiencing worry, unease, or nervousness, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. }

Tying in with his childhood self, Mordecai is anxious and worriful. Before, he fretted over not being in the same tribe has his siblings or mother. Now, it is replaced with feelings of self doubts and fear of not being strong enough. Mordecai fears of being weak, the thing about being the son of Larka is that you are either strong or you are left in the sun to die. The latter doesn't appeal to Mordecai, so he tries to be as strong as he can, physically with training and intellectually by becoming a scholar. But steeling one's mind isn't so easy. Of course, Mordecai tries hiding his insecurities by acting strong, that he's stable and not anxious about the future. But there's only so much one can act before one is paranoid if someone will figure out the act, that he is actually weak and not as strong as he wanted to be. So anxiety wracks at Mordecai's brain whenever it can, something that leaves the tom nervous and tense when someone points out one of his flaws.

- Cynical: { Believing that people are motivated by self-interest; distrustful of human sincerity or integrity.}

Larka has taught her children that cats outside the family should not be trusted and must earn their trust before one could truly be loyal to them. As a result, Mordecai dutifully follows suit. Due to their higher lineage, being connected to Linken (Gold Air), Seraphiel (Silver Air) and Atsasda (brother to the Silver Fire and head FT General), all of his siblings are proud and look down on others, seeing them as unworthy of them. Mordecai on the other hand, thinks otherwise. He isn't prideful as his siblings or cousins, but rather more cautious and careful with trusting others. Larka's word is basically law to Mordecai, so he enforced the lesson onto himself, even if he took it the wrong way. With 'Trashgur' whos blood taints a majority of Water Tribe all the way to Light Tribers who can't heal a wound when they say they can heal anything, Mordecai is weary of anything that doesn't belong to his family until they prove otherwise.

- Deceitful: { Guilty of or involving deceit; deceiving or misleading others. }

A lot of what Mordecai is usually genuine, to the smiles he offers to the snuggles that occur when in his presence. But sometimes, Mordecai doesn't always tell the entire truth. Whether its twisting the truth to plain faking a smile, Mordecai can do some surprising things. At first, it started off with him not always wanting to tell the entire harsh truth in fear of hurting the other cat. So he would usually soften the blow with words of kindness or just not mentioning the event in general. Then it became more extreme when his litter and his cousins got their tattoos. He grew more anxious when he realized that a majority of them got into Air Tribe, leaving the Water Triber to be under the impression that he was about to be left behind. But of course, he mostly hid his insecurities, smiling that fake grin and playing around like nothing was going on in his head. Then he caved in and told his problems to some cats in his family. Their conversations revolved around calming him down, which Mordecai enjoyed, but it was only temporary relief. Soon after, he actually felt disgusted that he wasn't strong enough to deal with it himself. All those lessons Larka taught them made him believe that Mordecai wasn't strong enough, something that he wanted to prove wrong. So the White Water hid it, just so that he could offer himself relief that he was strong enough to hide it, even if it was eating at him from the inside out.

- Envious: { Feeling or showing envy. }

It is a surprising trait to see, but Mordecai has stopped being lazy and envy has grown at a huge exponential rate. Starting with the tattoos, Mordecai was happy at first, glad to see that he will be in a tribe that has a decent amount of family and friends that he could potentially make. Then he saw everyone else's tattoo. They were mostly Air Tribers, with only two being Water Tribers and another as a Void Triber. His cousin Rhyolite reacted badly, acting as if the Water Tribe Spirit took her out of pity, making Mordecai wonder if that was the same for himself. Then other things happened, the bond between Cinnabar, Coltan and Cerberus grew stronger. Mordecai never took heed of their closeness, not until he realized that they made Cerberus smile. Cousins, not even their own siblings, made Cerberus smile while he, Cerberus's sibling, couldn't. His feelings of sadness amplified, only growing more when Laelaps stopped spending time in the litter, almost as if she hated them. The final nail into the coffin took place when he spoke with Realgar, who mentioned that Larka basically adopted Cinnabar, that he is the favorite now. Feelings of envy boiled inside Mordecai, not at all enjoying the idea that Larka would favor a cat who isn't even her own kit, over her actual kit. And it will only get worse when Aethalides, Tyro and Nelus was born.

- By no means does Mordecai completely understand romance, still too young to decipher the feeling. However, that doesn't mean he won't find a preference for specific cats. This part of his interest is actually something nature embedded in all cats, but the White Water prefers cats that have different genes and looks from what he is used to. This young fellow has mostly exposed to family members with monochrome pelt colors and orange eyes, so anything that is outside from what he considers the norm is what will capture his attention. Not only that, but his obsession with eyes will contribute with his preferences. He wishes to see eyes that are unique, whether one eye is a different color from the other or just a color he has never seen a cat have before.

Personality wise, Mordecai would like to be in the company of a cat that is calm or relatively easy to get along, exuberant felines often being too much for him to handle while angry cats more or less make his anxiety go through the roof. Of course, Mordecai continues to have a few more standards for the cats he mingles with. Cats with interesting pasts or have a lot to talk about intrigue him and those with 2D personalities make Mordecai want to sleep. But what really is the kicker is a cat that is willing to listen to him, but doesn't push to hear all of his problems. Mordecai usually spends his time listening to others or pushing away his troubles so that they aren't a bother for anyone, so to find someone who can listen and will only listen as much as he wants them to really seals the deal.

From the paternal side, they possessed facial stripes and tan points, a shout out to their paternal grandmother. The completely white chest directly correlates with the donor. From both parents, the kit has a tail that specifically has five rings with white painting their maw, chest, stomach, tail and paws. Mackerel stripes and dark colored ears were gifted to the child also by the two parents.

Mordecai was raised with strange guardians. One likes to have fun and imposes traits that clearly state loyal only to those that are worthy of it. Another is decently strict, announcing that you should only be devoted to family. The other is wise and has been through years, declaring their tribe as where their loyalty lies. But despite it all, the lesson of kindness has imbedded into this male the most. This grey tom puts a lot of thought in his actions and words. Mordecai usually sticks with words of kindness and actions that clearly say that he wishes the best for you. His definition of kindness remains to have a strange meaning, sneaking in little treats when your ears are at an angle too low for his liking or asking you if you would like to talk about anything if you have a frown imprinted on your face rather than outrightly asking what is wrong. But at least one knows that he has good intentions.

As time has passed, so has the tom. Mordecai's former charitableness and charisma has been replaced with charming, enforcing both kindness and likeableness. Mordecai is no longer willing to give away his kindness so easily now, usually reserved for family members. And whenever he does to strangers, it is usually to uphold a likable aura and gain their favor. But despite that, he can be genuine with his actions. For example, he continues to offer an ear when you are in need to rant, but no longer does he remain mute and manages to make interesting conversation. Yet his thoughtfulness in his actions and attentive nature makes it hard not to like him and wish to befriend the quiet tom.

This young cat was raised to have good moral ethics and a strong sense of 'family is the best', so he naturally followed through with the lessons. His family is large and has almost reached every tribe in all of Nandryx, the only exception being Light Tribe. Despite how vast the entire family tree is, it is guaranteed that Mordecai will be dedicated to each and every one of them because of Larka and Seraphiel. These two guardians confirmed that family is important and with how big of a role they play in Mordecai's life, he can only believe them with all his heart and hope for the best. Now he finds all family members valuable and worthy to protect, unless they prove otherwise. And even if they prove otherwise, he still wishes to be able to get along and be close to all of them, so get ready for this cat to be willing to be your friend even if you haven't met because you two are distantly related.

- Industrious: { Diligent and hard-working. }

This trait surprised even Mordecai. When he was a kit, he is usually super lazy, loving sleep and even feigning rest to avoid playing. But it all changed when they became of age to wield their white tattoos. It was the day that Larka finally let them outside, a concept that was foreign to all the Larka children. Mordecai felt the need to experience the world and has gotten up in the morning excited to experience the world more than once. Larka's training only added more to him now being a hard worker. Larka automatically set them to training, making them run laps around the camp and learning how to spar, all under the fact that Larka wanted her children to be strong, the recent kit napping only adding more pressure to the situation. Now Mordecai has decent knowledge of fighting, something that wasn't obtained simply from playing around. The fact that he had to practice everyday made him realize that he had to get his lazy butt up and start practicing or he'll become rusty, which is possible because of him becoming a scholar. So he did, and what a diligent cat he is now.

If there is one thing that hasn't changed since he was a kit, it is the fact that Mordecai remained affectionate. He still enjoys snuggling up against a cat he cares for and refuses to sleep without someone by his side. Mordecai lived in a very close family where while everyone was super different and occasionally had their fits and fights, still loved each other in the end and hugged everything out. To have that replaced with him having to be surrounded by strangers and told to be willing to give up your life for them scared Mordecai. This change in scenery was something he isn't used to, as he is used to being surrounded by family and familiar faces. In a way, he now sticks to his old ways because it is the only thing about him that is constant. Not only that, but the saying does go that once you are a friend, you can basically be family and Mordecai will act just as accordingly, not knowing how else to act towards a cat.

Mordecai is percieved as a sympathetic cat who cares deeply for family, it is thought that they automatically jump and fight anyone that insults his family. But this is not the case. However, This more or less makes sense, considering the environment Mordecai grew up in. He grew up in a family where discipline is very important. Any form of disobedience will often result to a quick scolding and lessons on how you should respect your guardians. The lesson stuck with Mordecai as he tried to find ways to follow this rule. He eventually found that instead of reacting fiercely to something that could result to a fight, staying calm and speaking with a monotone voice can help diffuse a heated situation. Realizing that this tactic work, Mordecai predictably fell into the habit of practicing it and eventually, mastering at being patient for tedious things rather than screaming out how bored he is or how calm he seems to be under pressure.

Mordecai seems to give off a typical vibe that because he has siblings that are prideful, he too is prideful and puts himself on a high standard. This is actually quite the opposite. While Mordecai does call himself a blue blood, he doesn't see himself as something higher and isn't defined by his heritage. Due to this, he puts himself at a low standard and can easily be influenced by negative feelings to bring him even lower than he usually is. Not only that, but Mordecai honestly doesn't have a lot of experience with other cats in the world. The first three months of his life was spent in darkness and the next three training and only briefly saying 'hi' to other cats before being off his way to train some more. So they can easily by influenced by others, making them an honestly easy target if the manipulator knows which buttons to press.

- Judgemental: { Having or displaying an excessively critical point of view. }

Every cat has judgements, and Mordecai is one of them. It can come off as a surprise, as they are kind, loves family and would put themselves at a low standard. But judgements has Mordecai has, secret ones to be precise. They know they put on the idea that they would never think wrong about you, but he does and he is good at not showing it. But he does have judgements, thoughts about a cat being pathetic or a feline acting too needy, coming up with assumptions of why they act that way and stick to them, assuming that they act that way for this reason without communicating. Communication is an important part of life and is something Mordecai often lacks, avoiding confrontation in favor of just internalizing it despite how each time he comments on a cat's qualities, he would spew something nasty and stick by it.

Tying in with his childhood self, Mordecai is anxious and worriful. Before, he fretted over not being in the same tribe has his siblings or mother. Now, it is replaced with feelings of self doubts and fear of not being strong enough. Mordecai fears of being weak, the thing about being the son of Larka is that you are either strong or you are left in the sun to die. The latter doesn't appeal to Mordecai, so he tries to be as strong as he can, physically with training and intellectually by becoming a scholar. But steeling one's mind isn't so easy. Of course, Mordecai tries hiding his insecurities by acting strong, that he's stable and not anxious about the future. But there's only so much one can act before one is paranoid if someone will figure out the act, that he is actually weak and not as strong as he wanted to be. So anxiety wracks at Mordecai's brain whenever it can, something that leaves the tom nervous and tense when someone points out one of his flaws.

- Cynical: { Believing that people are motivated by self-interest; distrustful of human sincerity or integrity.}

Larka has taught her children that cats outside the family should not be trusted and must earn their trust before one could truly be loyal to them. As a result, Mordecai dutifully follows suit. Due to their higher lineage, being connected to Linken (Gold Air), Seraphiel (Silver Air) and Atsasda (brother to the Silver Fire and head FT General), all of his siblings are proud and look down on others, seeing them as unworthy of them. Mordecai on the other hand, thinks otherwise. He isn't prideful as his siblings or cousins, but rather more cautious and careful with trusting others. Larka's word is basically law to Mordecai, so he enforced the lesson onto himself, even if he took it the wrong way. With 'Trashgur' whos blood taints a majority of Water Tribe all the way to Light Tribers who can't heal a wound when they say they can heal anything, Mordecai is weary of anything that doesn't belong to his family until they prove otherwise.

A lot of what Mordecai is usually genuine, to the smiles he offers to the snuggles that occur when in his presence. But sometimes, Mordecai doesn't always tell the entire truth. Whether its twisting the truth to plain faking a smile, Mordecai can do some surprising things. At first, it started off with him not always wanting to tell the entire harsh truth in fear of hurting the other cat. So he would usually soften the blow with words of kindness or just not mentioning the event in general. Then it became more extreme when his litter and his cousins got their tattoos. He grew more anxious when he realized that a majority of them got into Air Tribe, leaving the Water Triber to be under the impression that he was about to be left behind. But of course, he mostly hid his insecurities, smiling that fake grin and playing around like nothing was going on in his head. Then he caved in and told his problems to some cats in his family. Their conversations revolved around calming him down, which Mordecai enjoyed, but it was only temporary relief. Soon after, he actually felt disgusted that he wasn't strong enough to deal with it himself. All those lessons Larka taught them made him believe that Mordecai wasn't strong enough, something that he wanted to prove wrong. So the White Water hid it, just so that he could offer himself relief that he was strong enough to hide it, even if it was eating at him from the inside out.

- Envious: { Feeling or showing envy. }

It is a surprising trait to see, but Mordecai has stopped being lazy and envy has grown at a huge exponential rate. Starting with the tattoos, Mordecai was happy at first, glad to see that he will be in a tribe that has a decent amount of family and friends that he could potentially make. Then he saw everyone else's tattoo. They were mostly Air Tribers, with only two being Water Tribers and another as a Void Triber. His cousin Rhyolite reacted badly, acting as if the Water Tribe Spirit took her out of pity, making Mordecai wonder if that was the same for himself. Then other things happened, the bond between Cinnabar, Coltan and Cerberus grew stronger. Mordecai never took heed of their closeness, not until he realized that they made Cerberus smile. Cousins, not even their own siblings, made Cerberus smile while he, Cerberus's sibling, couldn't. His feelings of sadness amplified, only growing more when Laelaps stopped spending time in the litter, almost as if she hated them. The final nail into the coffin took place when he spoke with Realgar, who mentioned that Larka basically adopted Cinnabar, that he is the favorite now. Feelings of envy boiled inside Mordecai, not at all enjoying the idea that Larka would favor a cat who isn't even her own kit, over her actual kit. And it will only get worse when Aethalides, Tyro and Nelus was born.

- By no means does Mordecai completely understand romance, still too young to decipher the feeling. However, that doesn't mean he won't find a preference for specific cats. This part of his interest is actually something nature embedded in all cats, but the White Water prefers cats that have different genes and looks from what he is used to. This young fellow has mostly exposed to family members with monochrome pelt colors and orange eyes, so anything that is outside from what he considers the norm is what will capture his attention. Not only that, but his obsession with eyes will contribute with his preferences. He wishes to see eyes that are unique, whether one eye is a different color from the other or just a color he has never seen a cat have before.

Personality wise, Mordecai would like to be in the company of a cat that is calm or relatively easy to get along, exuberant felines often being too much for him to handle while angry cats more or less make his anxiety go through the roof. Of course, Mordecai continues to have a few more standards for the cats he mingles with. Cats with interesting pasts or have a lot to talk about intrigue him and those with 2D personalities make Mordecai want to sleep. But what really is the kicker is a cat that is willing to listen to him, but doesn't push to hear all of his problems. Mordecai usually spends his time listening to others or pushing away his troubles so that they aren't a bother for anyone, so to find someone who can listen and will only listen as much as he wants them to really seals the deal.
