Hemlock is actually a glitched up shapeshifter. He attempted to change into a flowerling, and got stuck as a broken, deformed version of a flowerling. He lacks a flower or a tail, and it nearly twice as large as the biggest known flowerling. Lucky enough for him, he doesn't have to eat or hunt the same food a flowerling does, so it's not really a handicap, but he has a really hard time shapeshifting out of the form he's now stuck in. It takes him twice as much effort to do so, and most of his forms hold some similarities to flowerlings, most frequently bulky feet and whiskers.
