oh! kinda? ;w; i have a book about the making and techniques of the movie and it has allot of interviews withΒ
the animators and everyone else who worked on the movie. and one of my animation teachers was buddies with some of theΒ
animators, apparently allot of them were fresh out of highschool when working on this project. and the person who was in charge of
the camels animation was disneys animator for goofy.

The John Canemaker book you mean? I've heard good things about that one.
I'll admit most of my knowledge on the '77 movie comes from Mike Sporn's old blog posts on it (he was an assistant animator to Tissa David on that movie). If I remember correctly, the Goofy animator in question is Art Babbitt.
Out of curiosity who was this teacher of yours?

Yeah thatβs the one! I got it from a library, they were going to discard it. It is a really nice book though!
