Very well done. It wouldn't have suffered if you could have found a way to pronounce the eyes and irides a bit more, which seems to be a common problem in altering a photo to look the Na'vi, but that very slight issue aside, this is a fantastic piece!

Did you spend much time seeking out a particular photo that you thought would give you less trouble while making the changes?
