Haha, oh god, I have to admit I love Cleffa. ;w; I find fluffy Pokemon like Eevee and Vulpix so terribly boring but I totally melt for the squishy pink ones like Jigglypuff and Chansey aieee
So I LOVE THIS, the idea just fills me with glee. XD Cleffa is probably like one of those bratty kids who wrestles with someone twice their size RIGHT??

Welp I didn't want to draw a Cleffa tearing up and looking so widdly and kyooot and Chansey looking motherly worried/amused by it, THAT IS SO PREDICTABLE and probably done a million times before.
I greatly dislike the Eeve-line, Vulpix/Ninetalos, Absol and every other pretty dog/critter 
Wigglytuff is totally cute though, it's like a big pillow with a pile of whipped cream on top.. and it's like WigglyTOUGH. SHE'LL KICK YOUR ASS.

Oh god yeah. Well I like some of the Eeveelutions but I hate how popular all the dumb dog things get just because they're dogs. ]:< There's the same problem with a lot of the dragoney ones too, but at least there's some cool ones in there. (Am I the only one who loves Dragonite? IT'S SO FAT AND ADORABLE D: )
I kind of wanted to join Pokemonathon for an excuse to draw some of the lesser-appreciated Pokemon, but I dunno, even in there there's still that elitism about the "pretty" pokemon. (Plus the whole club's rules seem kind of pretentious and overly strict...BUT DON'T TELL ANYONE I SAID THAT.)

Some of the dragons are popular because they're cop-out powerhouses (default stats: 600 ugh) so yeah
They seem overly strict but honestly there have been people who haven't posted for two weeks and nobody's given them shit about it, but it's probably because they inform about it in beforehand (school's going to be busy, I'll be gone for a trip, etc) I think it's cool you have to prove samples of your art to get in? ;w; they're not TOO picky, I think.
