Description The spirit is back.

I really enjoyed drawing and painting the spirit with his mouth open from profile so that way I could play with layers of transparency.

There is perhaps a back story that I'm missing...for me though this is a high impact image which makes the hair stand on my neck. I like too that you catch that tounge between the lips concentration of the piercer. Very interesting work atypical of what I usually settle on.

Nope, no background story...to be honest i just really enjoy drawing anatomy but i didn't want a regular skeleton or some stale anatomical study. I wanted a character that constantly transformed from bone to muscle to skin, and all layers in-between, as he moves and exists normally in the world.

Atypical is definitely a compliment for me

Oh please, feel as much encouraged as possible! I really love the Spirit-pictures.
They have such a warm touch but have also an unreal feeling.

I will do my best to do more with the spirit. I have a few more ideas it will just take some time....there are just not enough hours in a day, you know how living is XD

I'm honestly looking forward to it! I saved the last spirit pictures and they'll be my tablet-background when I get it next month!
I know, there are so many things I want to do but my day hasn't enough hours.
