I don't always do chibi's but when I do, I will make them super adorable!!
I have this idea of making drawings about Sunny and her pet Flip in different ages. So sometimes she'll be a child, like in this drawing and other times she'll be older. It's more fun that way, instead of drawing the same characters over and over again. Sunny's hair turned out a little too ginger but it's okay though. It's pretty hard to colour strawberry blond hair

Super cute! Thought she was a child here. Out of curiousity do you have any sort of story set out for Sunny?

Not very detailed. She's just a silly girl with a pet who acts like a pirate. She is friendly and sometimes in the center of trouble. She lives in a small town that used to be an island so she's surrounded by water. I haven't drawn a picture of it, but she pretty much lives in her treehouse XD And Flip, her seagull has a secret stache inside the treehouse where he keeps all the things he steals

Ah that sounds cool, even though it's not very detailed you can always 'flesh it out' so to speak. Like thinking about what trouble she gets into. I bet Flip causes a lot of trouble for her by stealing things. I can imagine her as a storybook character as you describe her here.
