THIS drawing, you guys!! It literally took me like three weeks to make this and it doesn't even have a background. There goes my promise of being more active on DA
Anyway, I thought it would be time to draw this character again. I based her on my own features so I gave her my hair and eye colour and got her something from my wardrobe to wear.
I initially named her Anne after my username but this year Disney came up their awesome Frozen movie. And that princess is called Anna! And they happen to have similar looks so I just couldn't name this OC Anne anymore. So now the name issue.
I decided that I should name her after something that I love because she represents me in some ways. Didn't want to fuss over it so I just started looking around my room. (I also do this when I play The Sims 2 so my sims all have names like Tape, Pencil, Lamp, etc)
And what did I find? Well, I saw the sun because it was a sunny day when I started drawing her. So that is settled, her name is Sunny.

She pretty much has the same hairstyle as Ginny, from this Harry Potter drawing I did a few months ago. It's because I'm so obviously creative and original at hairstyles, you know. fail...
So I think I will restyle her hair a bit over the next few weeks. But hey, this is Sunny, you guys! Hope you like her because I hope to draw her a lot.

Well that's no bad thing, and it's great to incorporate his style into your own, just never forget to be individual. Individuality is very important in my book. Maybe one day you'll get to work with Glen on some Disney project.

I like his daughter's works for Tangled also. Have you seen the Tangled wall art she painted? I'll get a link to the video of her painting it if not, it's amazing to see good people at work! i.e. Actual talented artists and not silly people pretending to be an artist like me.

Yes! I have seen it! It's in this book I own, The Art Of Tangled. She is so talented. Having a father like Glen Keane helps too, of course haha.
And don't worry about your drawings and talents. You are a lovely person and if drawing makes you happy then you should do so. You don't need other people's approval.

Yeah, I have that book too, but on YouTube there's a time lapse of it that's worth watching if you haven't already seen it.
