Equipped with two center-of-gravity weapons, the NOSMO-class ships serve as highly mobile weapons platforms for direct protection and as multipliers of the combat value of large ship units.
As a swarm, they can be deployed against ships up to the combat power of a PLOPHOS-class heavy cruiser. These ships are controlled by a crew of 8 or robotic control.
The energy requirements of the armament, which is oversized for the ship's size, can only be met by using ZN technology.
Instead of reactors, the destroyer is supplied by remote energy transmission over a distance of up to 3 light years with the possibility of a reserve supply on board.
