Ok I don't know how exactly they executed this one, but it is looking similar to mine.
So all you need to do is this:
1. Take photo you like.
2. Make layer above it.
3. Choose polygonal lasso tool.
4. Draw triangle with polygonal lasso tool.
5. Keeping triangular selection, choose brush tool.
6. Alt+click on reign where you have this triangle to pick right color.
7. Fill triangle with brush tool.
8. Repeat from 3.
This is long process but I don't know easier way.

lol its coincedence, I just posted few works of this style same time, but they were created with big lag from each other.
anyway I think I will do more in this style but as a client work, not an artwork.
