(hmm...this is my first time to upload non-fanarts here) ;;I used to be a lolita/fashion chibi's fan, and that interest almost gone since I more focus on fanarts > < so I think I wanna start to draw this style again <3

Very cute! Your colouring is great, in both application and the palette you chose. Her outfit is lovely! I really like the attention you paid to the the folds of her skirt, and to her hair. The only criticism I have is that her arms are a bit short. They should go to about mid-thigh, instead of just to her hips. Other than that, great work!

this is lovely i like the style the colours she is very pretty. i'm not really an artist so critiques from me wouldn't be very useful lol all i would say is keep practising what your doing, playing around with colours and stuff cos i like what you've drawn here
