I'm sorry it took so long, but its finally here! A lot of people asked me how I do eyes, how I consider the shading and perspective, and I hope this clears things up!

I love this <3 beautiful! It's always a certain difficulty to make the eyes appear "alive" and being careful about the placement and intensity of the shadows and lights.

AAaaaa Senpai hello!! I'm happy you like tutorial and find the eyes alive! And you're right, I feel like one of the most important things to painting in order to make it look believable is the careful placement of certain values. Just because something is lighter than another thing, doesn't mean you can color that one thing as dark as possible and have the other be as bright as white. Its tempting to slather white on everything for shading, but careful placement, along with black, will really bring a piece together <3
And shit, my hair? I'd have to look into that, cause I mean, you're not the only one who's asked. Even though I don't find my way of drawing haiR SPECIAL ANSDFDPKD

Comin from someone who isn't a very skilled artist, I can definitely say that this is VERY helpful! You went through every visual step in a very detailed fashion, and you also added in written steps, which definitely helps explain the process to those of us who can't quite pick up on things simply by visuals
The layout is also really nice; absolutely love the header!
