I realized that my gallery is full of Thief stuff but there's not a single Hammerite in there D: Sure they are angry and grumpy and always harassing peaceful heretics but hey, they just want some love too! Besides, I got an excellent excuse to practice colouring metal.His stare is creepier than it was meant to be

I love the Hammerites! So glad to see more of them on DA. Also, I agree some of them are over zealous and a bit foolish. But, I don't think all are bad; certainly Brother Murus and Inspector Drept seem to be the only real known character Hammerites that aren't judgmental who seek to slay heretics. But hey, I'm sure there's some who'd be more like Luther and other protesters of the Catholic Church among the Hammers. Since the Hammerites are basically the Catholics of the Thief universe. But, I'm glad to see more Hammers.

I agree, they immediately reminded me of Catholics when I first played Thief. And no, either I don't think they are all bad. In fact, Hammerites are very lovable folk when compared to Mechanists. :"D

WEll, the Mechanists are really more like cultists as opposed to religious. And their warcrimes on the Pagans was quite abhorrent enough even for the Hammerites no doubt. I hope you do some more Hammerite art.

OH I agree, I love them all. I wish though the Magehand would get some more attention too. Such a shame they never returned after Gold. I thought the mages were awesome.

OH MY I almost forgot the Mages! D: Thank you for reminding me! Time to draw some mages too! >:-D Today I actually started to draw my character Cerelia but I got distracted by those fabulous red Hammerite outfits... Now I just have to decide what to draw first!

Ha ha ha, well either way I look forward to all this cool stuff. Sometimes I wish I could draw, then I could do some stuff like this. Still I do like seeing others' drawings. I've always wanted to do a Thief group shot thing. But alas, can't do it meself.
