Beautiful detail on the facial features! I would suggest laying down a smooth layer of dark grey before drawing in the strands for her hair. The white of the paper shows through and so the hair does not look as realistic as it could be. Then, for highlights, use a kneaded eraser to add any shiny sections to the hair
