I really like the way this is pretty abstract.. but mostly surreal with the way the black and white contrast accentuates certain features, such as the two blocks of darkness there. I feel as if they're eyes, and it's a bit creepy as a result of that.
Still, I really like how the droplets reflect the building in miniature version. I think the angle adds more of an edge and it's good that it's not completely balanced in that way, otherwise it'd be a bit boring, I suppose...
You could rotate it as well, and maybe crop this into a square, but I think it's a pretty cool shot regardless of that.

I definitely agree with you on almost everything. The original picture because of the color of the buildings resulted of a plain shade of yellow, which i didn't like too much, so to make it more interesting i turned it black and white and i guess i succeeded even more because i personally love slightly creepy pictures
I'm interested in your suggestion but I'm not sure what you mean by "rotate it", do you mean align the big black windows in the bg or? (:

No, I meant literally rotate it... I don't know how to say it, but turn it down, flip it, if that is any clearer? O.o
