This is basically a legal meta certified version of legendary dragon of white.

Once per turn, if a card or effect is activated, (quick effect): attach one xyz material from this card, negate the effect and if you do banish it, then apply the following effects depending on the type of card banished by this effect.
Monster: inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's ATK points, also your opponent cannot special summon another copy of that monster until the end of their next turn.
Spell: banish one card on the field
Trap: your opponent discards their entire hand.
if this card destroys a monster by battle, draw one card.
You can only use this effect once per turn.
