Shit man, that's scary as hell. Well I can understand where you're coming from in terms of finding it hard to simply resume where you left off. in 2006, I had a knee reconstruction, and couldn't walk for 6 months. So I literally had to learn to walk and run again. Ever since I struggled so much to regain skill levels etc. but trust me man, it's possible. All you need to remember is to appreciate the little things, slow progress, and have patience with yourself. If you get over ambitious, it'll just lead to more injury. So I would say give it a try, but start from the ground up. That way, you'll be so well prepared and the chance of hurting yourself with be far less. Just something to think about
Haha, sorry to disappoint. Well, I certainly can do that rather comfortably yeah . I don't think I'm that great though to be honest.
