Yes, I know the title is stupid.Hehehehe, I did this for an art contest in my area... if I win, I'll get $75!!!!
It's Rincers... and he's trying to do a spell, but he fails as always. Isn't he so cute? I absolutely hate the lineart on this, but the coloring isn't too bad, if a little rushed. I suppose I may type more about this later....
I think I'll replace this image later, because the compression is completely evil...
