so it just so happens I'm in the process of writing a Sonic x Eggman fanfiction, and I'm looking for cover artwork. Would you mind terribly if I used a cropped version of this piece for the cover? Of course, credit will be given.

There's kind of a message in this, like how the bad guy/villain can't kill the good guy/hero because what would the bad guy do with anyone to stop him/her?

Psychology a villian like Eggman enjoys fighting the hero without the hero the villian feels emptiness. (Take Megamind for example)

"I-I...I c-can't..I can't end it...he's right," eggman thought.He pulled the gun out of sonic's grip and turned away,to hide his face."just go,sonic,"he sighed.sonic crossed his arms."hpmf"sonic stalked off,not giving a second thought

I sometimes I wonder if Eggman really wants to hurt Sonic and for Sonic I wonder if he has moments where he legitiamtely was to kill eggman instead of showing mercy. I know the way they are portrayed sometimes is for laughs (sonic boom, sega, even the comics) but it makes you wonder.

I Guess psychology they enjoy fighting eachother, and without one or the other it becomes less enjoyable for them, take the movie Megamind as an example.
