What I am seeing here, is form of expression, and emotion. Your theme and color contrasts are great way to evoke thought and introspection to the viewer. Digging deeper, at the heart of the reflective piece, is a great example of how a picture truly does say a thousand words. Likewise, when a creation can spark imagination, and get viewers to build his or her own interpretations, then there truly is a case of art in motion.
In a technical front, you have an excellent use of soft lines in the dark parts, along with some very well-done details for the supporting elements. This is also very evident with the choices for the focus of the art, and like the supporting elements, features very beautiful detail work. Well played on a technical front!
Normally, I include personal opinions on elements that could benefit from different ways of applying the styles, material, or features, but I really can’t identify anything that I would recommend updating or reviewing. Maybe the canvas in the right side could have a slightly darker line to separate it from the background, but really, I’m just trying to find something to add at this point.
The work is absolutely fantastic, and it is an honor to have this in my favorites gallery.
