Why do I feel like I'm watching an episode of Space: 1999?

For the win

Should I mention I'm listening to Third Season's Opening Credits for Space:1999 as I'm responding to this, or would that be too much for you?

Third season? I thought there was only 2. My memory is rusty. I'll have to recheck the torrents I downloaded 2 years ago to confirm. If I could only find the discs. Ohhhhh..... so many discs.

Is it just me, or does the Space 1999 theme music sound a lot like 70's porno music?

Brown Chicken, Brown Cow ...

And you're right... it's 2 seasons... Lost in space is 3, which the first two seasons had the same opening soundtrack, and the third was called "year 2". I routinely get the two of those mixed up when looking through my soundtracks on my iPod.
