Description Page 1 of the comic ~ToxicToothpick and I are working on together. I'm going to upload the pages to DA for now, at least until I figure out what else I'd do with them.

I plan to try toning or coloring this (or possibly both) but I can't decide on a style yet so you're going to get the bare bones, freshly brush-inked look. Basically this is a page purely un-fiddled-around-with, save for a few minor corrections.

I am trying a lot of new things with this so critiques are welcome! Expect updates on Mondays and Thursdays. I'll try to be as regular as school permits.

but yes, i'd like to offer a critique once i have the a full read. is the series ongoing or did you complete it at... what was it page 8?

looks good! I would recommend coloring it, because the shading on the hills in the fore and middle ground make them look like they're covered in grass.

I say don't color it, it might make it look too busy with all of the complicated hatching. Maybe adding flat shadows in shades of gray would look good, but any more and overkill is imminent.

I like it in black and white, but seeing a little colour (maybe just base colour as it's already shaded) would be interesting.
