I feel like the pacing is a bit off in the first 3 panels. Perhaps the 1st and 2nd would do better as one single panel, with Marlin waving at the person saying "Howdy, Marlin!" or perhaps something else, but that's all I got right now.

The last panel is kind of confusing. At first I thought Marlin grew little arms or something, or someone was sneaking up behind him. Then I remembered: "Cactus People" I'd have done it from a side angle or a 3/4 view from behind or something.

i tried to make it clear that he was coming up on him in the 5th panel, but I guess it needs some work

so much love as always, but as critique, i think the 2nd panel should've been from a different angle, because having it be from the same-ish angle made it look like he was talking to the person in the 1st panel. even the obvious person and background change didn't really change the confusion, but sorta jarred the reader out of the comic since you could tell that something was amiss.
not to be all bad, i just like to point things out that i see, you know i larv these comicsssss

The paper is 19x24", and i fit two 10x15" pages on each sheet of paper. The brushes are size 0 or 1 (depending on the company.)

typically just well-made watercolor brushes, no specific brand

[link] something like this, but it doesn't necessarily need to be that brand. Size 1 is your best bet. Make sure not to get a brush with reeeeeally long bristles (you'll know what i'm talking about if you see it. those are specialty brushes that aren't very good for inking.)
