As for the character...

He's a professional thief,that's why he's carrying a bag and hides under a big coat and gets dirty,and also has small eyes and can be sleepy because he works on a fucked up schedule.

He's not a bad dude...He was an orphan before,but grew up raised by thieves,so now he's  stealing for those that can't pay their food.
