I can't quite explain it but I can see Orihime in period asian clothing very often in my head. The idea of she and any of the other characters mainly Aizen meeting in a previous life interests me greatly; and it's a BRILLIANT opportunity for some fanart >>;
I could see her as a Lady-in-Waiting or Concubine/consort possibly...but I love the image of her in long flowing robes. >//>
The blue flowers in her hair would be in place of her hairpins--I don't think she would have had them in a past life, to make things interesting.

I cannot draw instruments. Shh.
