Very nice situation. I would have waited for the guy in the pink shirt to take a smoke like the graffiti on the wall to create even more interest in the photo. and also interesting, how does the masked guy take a smoke, maybe I would have even waited until they both take a smoke at the same time. (and also, I would use a wider lens)

That's right. In fact I wanted to get a better frame but the man in pink (which is a caricaturist) noticed me and asked me if I wanted a portrait and my photo opportunity went to hell I should have waited before clicking the first time

One of the most important things is to stay unnoticed until you get your photo, it's harder with an SLR, this is one of the reasons why I use rangefinder...

i actually laughed loud when I saw it its perfect, the character, breaking the mystic behind those street people when they dont work, the cigarette in the background, the stare on the mob looking guy... seriously, PERFECT !

Having spent a good part of my life wearing silly costumes, and organizing other entertainers in silly costumes...

they are a street performer and a street caricaturist in cigarette break. What caught my eye and made me take the photo is the fact that also the face in the poster behind them is smoking
