The doggie is actually wearing a costum of ostrich or else fur of some kind. There was a Halloween parade for dogs in my city and she was in it.

oh that's what it was! I thought it was some weird mix of grayhound and poodle with a lion type cut in reverse! ha ha! had me going!

She has a costume on. The Dog Parade makes for some interesting looks.
