So... Yup. Well, I have an assload of drawings sitting in my sketchbook that I need a scanner to upload, and some prizes to do, and a feature, and a school project, and just... shit. Blah. So naturally, I'm not doing any of it, and screwing around with PS instead. xP I downloaded this awesome set of copic brushes from [link] which I used to make the majority of this. The rest was done using PS defaults and [link] . I've gone on a brush download spree lately.
So.
Shinobu.
Who the fuck is he.
Riiiight.

After Team Taka comes to an end through one means or another, Karin and Juugo are taken into custody; Sasuke is dead; and Suigetsu escapes. Quickly, the Konoha shinobi realize that Juugo isn't an ordinary criminal. In fact, he hardly is at all, and the charges pressed against him are negated by medical conditions. The Konoha research facility begins investigating his condition, which is when he meets Shiho. [link] Shiho works for the cryptology department and was over at the facility where Juugo was being taken care of on an errand. She was a bit attracted to him, mostly out of curiousity, and decided to skim over some of the notes they had on him. The more she read, the more interested she became and the more convinced she was that she could help. The genetic codes and mutations that made up Juugo's abilities definitely had a pattern, and that's what she was good at. Eventually, she was put on loan to Juugo's facility where she began to work closely with him. In the end, because of her skill with codes, she figured out the way to come up with an effect medication that would contain his curse and he was able to become an out-patient. Even after her research was finishd, Shiho still found herself attracted to him, but couldn't place it; after all, she wasn't curious any more. For lack of a better solution, she began to hang out with him, and gradually they became closer. Juugo was the first one to admit that he was in love with her. When she heard his words, it clicked in her head why she wanted to be around him; it wasn't curiousity, it was love. In the end, they married and had a single child, Shinobu. He, however, had genetically inherited the curse seal, and because his mother didn't have it, it led to a new mutation - one that continued to change. This frustrated everyone who tried to help him; even if they came up with an antidote, it would change in another day or two either way. In addition, his doctors had the suspicion that if his rapid genetic mutations continued, he would eventually die since his body would be unable to take the stress. Since there was no formal proof to back this up, they kept this to themselves. Occasionally, Shinobu would fall seriously ill, but he would always get back up on his feet again. Shinobu, however, unconciously, understood his mortality perhaps far better than most other children, which in the end drove him to become a shinobi, to do something with his life. Generally, he doesn't express these worries however; he's a fairly average child, if somewhat withdrawn.

Other team members:
Inuzuka Naku; sensei. This is Hana's first daughter with another tokujou who died. Naku loves her mother and is an excellent teacher.
Inuzuka Tsume. Hana's second child, her first with Naruto. [I know, I know, it looks like a crack pairing, but it's not. I have legit reasoning. >>] She's named after her grandmother [durr] and she idolizes her half-sister, Naku. She eventually moves in with Naku, who's like the awesome aunt. Naku pitched a fit and threatened to have her dog, Aomaru, pee on the hokage's carpet, so that's how she got Tsume on her team. :3
Senjuu Shun. I found a fairly legit way to revive the mokuton line without digging up the Shodaime's corpse! XD Basically, this is Yamato's kid with a descendant of the Shodaime, and thus we have... MOKUTON! XD; Okay, well, I tried to make it legit, okay? T^T; Shun is a lot like his father, very calm and level headed. He's on this team to use mokuton jutsu on Shinobu. It isn't as effective on the cursed blood as it is on kyuubi kids, but it's effective enough to allow a grownup to get there. So, yeah.

tl;dr: Juugo spawn. Mother is Shiho. Juugo was cured. Shinobu can't be. Nice kid. On a team with Hana and Naruto's kid and Yamato's kid.
