Lol I have no idea what Pam is nagging them about but the boys are completely ignoring her haha. I feel like Zack's appearance change was only recent, not long after her reason. like he tried to keep his shaggy hair and plaid shirt for as long as possible but saw that he was getting older and that image didn't really fit anymore, Pam on the other hand with being a mother and working, long hair after 13 years is just a hassle. It was only a matter of time till he followed her lead. He still lets it go every once in a while though when he's too lazy to get a hair cut. The pants? Well let's just say Pam bought them as a joke but it backfired because Zack thought it was hilarious and now he wears them just to irritate her 😂
