Have you ever seen an Argentina oc with black hair and tanned skin???

I finally can present my redesign for my Argetina oc, I presented him in December 2016 but now he has a new and better design and I(hope)will try to develop him fron now on along with my other oc.

I'm Argentine so he is a bit personal and he was based for my own point of view .
I tried to make him more unique and I wanted to his appaerance stand out from the others Arg ocs which are males too. For his personallity and headcanons I'll try to not based of stereotypes as much.
for his phisical appearance, at some points I designed him like this, so thta he would simply stand out from the rest,but the majority has a reason.
His hair is practically black I gave him a dark hair, beause I noticed that most of the Argentina ocs have a light Brown hair, which is totally fine, but I always imagine my Argie with a dark hair.But it is also based on some important figures like San Martin or some famous artists who had black or very dark hair,per se dark hair is quite commun in Argentina too,especially in the north where there was not so much immigration.
For his skin,yes, he has a tanned skintone and he also has some sun spots,this represents the great heat that there is in the north, even so it can be noticed that he is very badly tanned, since the sun spots are only noticed in the parts that are always exposed to the sun. It can be noticed that his skin becomes clearer in the area under the forearm and on the palms of his hands.
He also has a scar in his left arm, this scar represent all the dictatorships in the 20th century.
Perhaps what catches your attention most is the color of his eyes that are gray, this was his most recent change, his eyes were originally blue that represent European influence, but I saw that there were other ocs with this color of eyes. Same thing happened with green eyes, and I did not know if they could be brown, I was very indecisive. So finally I decided to make them gray,per se the gray eyes are uncommon in the whole world, but even so they represent the nickname of the country that was called a"Pais del Plata" and also they represent the meaning of the name of the country.
Argentina comes from the Latin "argentum" which means silver.
And them for his clothes, they are modern gaucho clothes, I decided that he would use alpargatas(espadrilles) instead of boots, because they are more comfortable for use everyday. and he also wears accesories because he is a girly boy6w6

that's all for now, and please do not criticize or judge him by his appearance, I know what I'm doing with my oc, and I spent all this year designing and developing him to finally present him in December, so please have any questions just ask me, I am trying to make him looks original and it is ver probably that he still has some coincidences with other ocs, but I am going to make an effort!!!.
