In my fantasy story Darkbane posted on FictionPress.com [link] The main character was an elf/half vampire with a sword that was possessed of a soul. This is that sword which is possessed of the great warrior/wizard Kaine. I did this initially in MS Paint and later added some details in Photoshop.
