Well,... unfortunately for us and our feeble uncomprehending minds, there are actually an unlimited number of dimensions.... some which run parallel in time to our own and some which are simply out of time as we know it.
I know this because I read it in a comic book advert when I was a kid.
I suppose the scene above could be in the "fifth" dimension,.... but then again,.... who knows for sure?
