Nice, simple costume. Nothing gaudy or added unnaturally. I don't know who/what the character is, but I'm sure it's fairly accurate. If it was home-made/sewn by maker, I'd be all the more impressed. <3

Thank you for the compliments they mean a lot to me ^^. It is a wig yeah, I had it commissioned from SephNoir [link] though I made and attached the ears my self. The rest of the costume is entirely hand made (minus the shoes of course XD) by me with a little help from ~mtani who helped to make the top because I always seem to mess up there XD.
The character is Tsukiyomi Ikuto from the anime/manga series Shugo Chara! This is a link to an image of him take from the anime series, [link] , I like to think I was quite accurate, I may have overlooked one or two details unintentionally but anything that is missing and/or inaccurate will be fixed at some point. I'm quite happy with this costume so will be wearing it again in the future.
