I made it for those people who say that:1) Kopa in my version looks exactly like Simba
2) Kopa in my version looks exactly like Nala with a mane.
I hope I managed to show that althought he has much of them two in him, he still looks individual.
Nala and Simba were redrawn from movie screenshots just to save their real features and appearance.

This is the best design for Kopa because most of them from what i've seen just looks like a clone of Simba. Yours is a perfect mix of the two. He looks so beautiful with his Mother's eyes and father's reddish brown mane, xD.

I love how you combined both their personalities and features. It is extremely notable how your version of Kopa is both Nala's and Simba's son, instead of just a clone of his father or a genderbent badly designed girl. Congratulations, you have my likes. Also, I love his calm gaze and his personality, he would be perfect for the mentally scarred Kovu

I love that you made him a blend of both of his parents. Seriously, I know that those books aren’t canon and were made for little kids but they still could have put a little more effort into the designs of the lion characters. They were all just clones and/or recolors of Simba, Nala, Mufasa or Scar.

While he has a few of Simba's features, he bears many from Nala! A similar fur color, same eye shape and color, ear shape, chin, nose color. He has Simbba's mane, nose shade and muscle build. A WONDERFUL blend of genetic build up.

It always amuses me when people say "This character looks like _____ character!" It's like they only glance at them.
First thing off the bat I noticed before when I saw your version of Kopa(diff deviation) was that his mane was much more red. Then of course, the eyes. Similar to Nala but seems to have more green. Then of course, you made Kopa a pale gold, not tan like Nala.

Terrific Picture!! Wonderfully detailed, and I LOVE their poses and expressions! I REALLY can't see how anyone could think that Kopa looks "exactly like" either Simba or Nala!! You're design for Kopa is one of the most original I've ever seen! He obviously has noticeable features of both Simba and Nala, but his appearance is completely unique and ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! It's not easy to create a completely original design for a character, but you pulled it off SUPERBLY with Kopa and I just LOVE to see him in your art!!!!!

Of course everybody can see who his parents are, but as somebody mentioned allready - who doesn't look at least a bit like their parents? In my opinion this is awesome!!!
