I came across some wonderful wallpapers done by and decided to try my hand at making some in the same style. Here's one for the Orange Lantern Corps.All credit for design style and the background swatch, used with permission, go to .
I started to get a little fancy with the lights and stuff in this one. Let me know what you think (especially about the little starburst thingy").

Thank you. The background was ported to GIMP from Illustrator by me, but originally created by . The vignette (getting darker toward the edges) I thought was a really nice touch by spazchicken, so I kept it going in my works, as well. As for the glint, well, I just felt like trying something fancy that GIMP offered and it turned out nicely. I'm glad you liked it. Thanks for the

The glint was a nice touch and I like the (for want of a better word/description) bead like design for the background and the way it darkens as it moves away from the centre
