Looks like talking it out like civil 'mons isn't really working.
Kevin still can't catch a break from Pokemon bigger than him, even after gaining several feet in height from evolution!
...Don't worry, if things really go badly, he can just Teleport away.Also I tried a different coloring style. Because ?

He may look cooler after evolving, but he's still kind of a dork.

Shadow Ball, Psychic, and Teleport. I haven't fully decided on the fourth move yet, though.

I considered it, but I kind of want him to also have a physical move in his moveset, since his other moves are ranged attacks. Just in case an opponent gets way too close to him, or in case he decides to teleport behind a foe and surprise punch them or something, haha. Maybe I'll just give him Ice Punch or Thunderpunch or something.
