Oh wow, this is not what I set out to create. But I absolutely love it. Honestly, I started this piece with the idea that I would just be kind of messing around with some techniques and seeing what I could come up with. It isn't what I had in mind, but I like it.

A happy accident, as some would say.

I want to point out that I just used Google for some of this stuff because I didn't really expect this to turn into anything worth posting.

ALSO, I would like to offer special thanks to for his pointers. After looking at his deviation "Fire Fly" [link] , I inquired about the technique, and he gave me a bit of a run down. Now I didn't follow his steps exactly, in fact, I deviated after probably about the 5th step or so, but without those pointers and basically the kick in this direction, I wouldn't have come up with this look, nor would I have found the stars brushes that I also used.

So thanks so much for your tips, it's not exactly what you did with yours, but I like mine just fine. (And I hope you don't mind the shout out, though I like to give credit where it's due, and your piece definitely inspired this one to some extent.)
