Cadance: W-what? That's not what it was supposed to do! Did I missed again?
*The stallion woke up and raised on his hooves, a confused look in his eyes*
Cadance: Seems to me I didn't. False alarm. Again.
The pony was turning his gaze in her direction.
Cadance: Oh no! I'm forgetting the spell for nullifying the effect on me...
The stallion stopped. And looked around, still close in a trance.
Cadance: Pfew! That was close... *she shouted at the pony for him to pay his attention. to her* Hey you! Yes, you! Go on! The mare of your dream awaits you over there... *point a mare nearby with her hoof*
Pony: I-I don't want a mare...
Cadance: W-what?
The stallion turned its gaze in the opposite direction and gasped! He then turned and galloped in the direction of another solitary stallion who was looking at him arriving in his direction. The galloping pony took the loner in an warm embrace before kissing him warmly on the lips. The not-longer-alone pony still in shock soon returned the embrace in front a surprised Cadance. When they broke the kiss, the arrow's victim spoke.
Pony: It... it was for a long time that I fell in love with you.... b-but I didn't have the courage to tell you... Thanks to her *He was pointing Cadance with a hoof* I got the courage and the love brought me to you. *he kissed him again on the lips, but soon fainted afterward when he stopped* *he laughed and turned to Cadance who was hovering closer to shout at her* Thank you kind princess of Love!!! Thank you for your help!!!
Cadance: Ummm.... my pleasure!!!! Be happy with your loved one!!!
Pony: I will!!!! I mean... we will!!!
Cadance left the new couple there and flew away in another direction, looking for another "target". Thinking of the situation she then shrugged.
Cadance: *smiling* Love is love, after all.
I like Cadance a lot. She's so beautiful. But she's married to Shining Armor. Beautiful artwork. I hope you enjoyed reading this short story based on your drawing.
