I bought this outfit awhile back but never used it. So I decided to draw it the other day but didn't know who'd fit it. Soooo I decided to pick Nami since Nami wears a short, sleeveless dress lol ;7;The dress was a bit difficult to draw but it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I'm starting to like this new shading style... I don't know if you guys like it
