Anyhoo, cute! I like the TONES V. COLOURS thing. Well, it's not as if they're duking it out, but that headline popped into mah head.
The colored version is delightfully vibrant and blue. I quite like the gradient fade on those cuff looking things at the ends of her arm. The tones side is delicious and ah, just plain delicious. >d
The folds in the ruffly part of her dress are well drawn too. Heck, the entire outfit is bliss. =w=
