Description DISCLAIMER: I did NOT create this machine. That honor belongs to Nims (at NimsTV on Youtube). I transcribed his plans into a layer-by-layer floorplan, and added a few tweaks of my own for aesthetics. You can see his original video at the following link: MCTUT - EASY! AFK Cobblestone Generator .

Now, notes on how to use this floorplan.

The first image in the series is meant to give you a quick reference of the space you will need to place this device, you can, of course, remove one line from each side if you wish to fit it into a prebuilt area.

On the second layer, there is a Dispenser with a red arrow pointing up. This is meant to be a dropper, and the red arrow is meant to indicate you place it so the mouth feeds upwards. The hoppers, on this layer and the next, have their funnels pointing in specific directions, these directions indicate what the hoppers funnel items towards. Finally, the Redstone Repeater has a 4 written in it. The 4 means the two torchs must be as far apart as they will go.

The first layer has a wool texture with a C in it, that is a carpet, it hides the hopper underneath it. The dropper on this level faces towards the door, which is placed while you are on the inside of the machine. The stairs beside the door are decorational, but the dark space indicates the lower step.

On the second layer I have placed a block of Obsidian, this is a buffer so you don't accidentally mine into a strutuce you may wich to place the Generator against. NimsTV had placed a Stone pressure plate there, as he did on top of the dropper. The Glass texture with B is glass blocks, more expensive than glass panes, but they allow you to place the frames. The black arrows are meant to show that you place the cobblestone and pickaxe into the respective frames. You can place whatever pickaxe you wish into the frame, it doesn't matter.

Layer three has three more stair blocks, like the ones on layer one, they have the lower step indicated by the darker portion, however, they are placed upside down, so the lower is actually on the top half of the black. Also like the stairs on the lower layer, they are decorational, remove if you don't like them. The red space is lava sources (place these FIRST!) and the blue is your water source. To place the block in the middle, you place a "trash" block first, then remove it (sand or dirt works well enough).

The top layer is an optional roof to place on the generator.

Which direction does the repeater need to point?

The output needs to feed into the block.

Thank you! I hope to see more "blueprints" like this, and like ColtCoyote. They are very useful! I started to play minecraft again, after looking at this projects.
