Last of my new ttrpg characters : Fish (i swear I have characters whose names aren't just nouns I SWEAR)
Fish (real name unknown and unpronounceable) is my new Monster of the Week character, specifically, they're "The Divine", which in our pseudo Lovecraftian campaign means; they're an interdimentional cosmic sea cucumber/slug/fish thing. They just woke up one morning in a motel room, wearing a human meat suit, with scribbled instructions from her boss/god to collect the rest of the party and save the world. Theoretically Fish is super intelligent and competent, unfortunately they've got zero context for most human things in a very "understands string theory but can't tie her own shoes" sort of way.
Still, she's DOING HER BEST to save the world. Because she was told to, and also because who knows what would happen to the Dreamlands if there's no humans left to dream? But mostly because she was told to.
