You see the horse first, black, flanks steaming, pawing at the ground. Its saddle hung with severed heads, all grinning, fleshless skulls. . . except one. One looks new. . .fresh. . .a young woman, tied up by her hair. In silent horror you step closer. Her eyes snap open, her mouth splits into an open grin and the sound of wild laughter fills the air. You stumble, and then realize with horror. . . the laughter isn't coming from the head. . . it's coming from behind you. . . you turn and----

Sailor Omen, the dullahan for Monster Mash collab! Dullahan are headless spirits who appear when someone is about to die.

Omen's weapon is less of a traditional dullahan's whip because there is no way a human spine makes a better whip than leather. She normally rides a black horse (the horse sometimes claims to be a pooka but it's actually a run of the mill talking horse) but can also summon a hearse / carriage if any of the other monster senshi need a ride. She wears her head in civilian form, usually with a scarf holding it in place; she rips it off when transforming into senshi form.

Bascially, Omen is all around brilliant and scaring the ever loving crap out of people. It's a hobby.
