Hey guys, back again with another piece of FF9 Dub Fanart!

This time it was inspired due to the amazing awesome work of Actorman & a dashing of me!~

So yeah I was really impressed by Justin's efforts on this little gem and so I decided to do a quick pen sketch of everyone's favourite Dr in Gansta attire. I do think he looks rather dapper in a cap wouldn't you say?!
