This one is for all the people who commented on one of my renders of Kotara with "Wish that was me in the ring with her": no, you really wouldn't want that, she would pummel you ruthlessly and then afterwards mock you for offering so little challenge, and maybe something about getting her gloves all dirty with your blood.But i made this point-of-view render just for those masochistic Kotara-fans, the last few seconds of the fight, inbetween the moment the thought "Ok, i'm toast" hits you and her fist does.Β Β

Yes, Kotara is positively vicious when she fights, and the glow effect really came out well here, probably because her face is in shadow here.

Hmm...she's a foot taller than Deborah Kranz, but I wonder if she'd be willing to only SPAR with Deborah, Deborah asking her for training time to get better at defending her face from punches. Β How willing is she to accept requests of being a training partner?

Kotara is a night elf (From "World of Warcraft", she's my main character), so her eyes are supposed to be silver/shiny like that, i took some artistic license though and made her pupils visible, the true-to-the-game look without pupils looked weird...

This is one of the ideas i had for "Liara's challenge", and i tried to use the depth-of-field settings to imply speed in Kotara's punch (By setting the camera focus distance at Kotara's face, her gloves become blurred), it turned out pretty nicely if i do say so myself...

I have to agree, the effects are quite nice!
Unrelated but an idea, I admittedly would love to see some action shots of Kotara taking a bit of a kickboxing beating as well sometime!

Well, i'm tending towards more even match-ups for Kotara, the "mixed boxing experiment"-pictures being a bit of a start, but you'll have to wait a bit longer to see what i cme up with, mainly because i'm not entirely sure myself... Β
